12th Combo - [Video]

Damn it, I think Zelos is in a sleep coma again. He's not the only one, either. Colette's still asleep- [At least that's what he thinks. He's a little out of the loop, completely unaware that he'd been in a sleep coma, too.] -and Dino was in one, and Zack's friend, and other people. It's like they're contagious or something.

Is that what's really going on? Are people just getting sick with something we've never heard about?

[Man, now he really wishes Professor Raine was here. Even if she didn't know how to heal it, he knows she could figure out what it is. Then maybe they could figure out what to do from there.]

[ Why thank you for catching her, but don't expect Colette to let go anytime soon. She was so worried! ]

Hehe, I guess you're right. [ A tiny frown, but gaze lifts with question. ]

A few hours? But Lloyd, you were asleep for days!

[ OOC: Alright, sleep well! <333 ]

[Lloyd isn't expecting any such thing. In fact, he's just as happy to keep his arms around Colette, hugging her tightly. He'd been worried, too. Watching her sleep, not knowing if or when she'd wake up, had been almost as bad as when his friend had lost her soul.]

Huh? [Confusion plays across his face.] I was? But I went over to your place just yesterday. You were still asleep. Are you sure you're not just thinking it's been days since you saw me?

[ Time to turn the confusion up with his last comment. She... wasn't forgetting or missing something, right? It really had been a couple of days! ]

I'm sure of it! You really were sleeping- I'm sure of it!

But... [He searches her face, but of course Colette wouldn't lie. Not about something like this.] Did you try to wake me up?

I tried to, but Sheena said that even if I did it probably wouldn't work.

You had to wake up on your own.

Huh... I must have been really tired. At least we're both awake now, though, right?

Yeah, you're right! And that's the most important thing right now. [ She giggles faintly, her smiling reforming anew. ] I'm so glad!

[Lloyd smiles back, always happy to hear her laugh.]

Yeah, me too.

[Don't mind him, Colette. He's just going to hug you again.]

So, you wanna hang out sometime? Dino invited us over again to play another game. Or we could do something with Sheena or Zelos, or just us!

Hm... whatever you want to do, I'll do it too!

[Lloyd laughs.] Hey, that's not fair. I asked you to make a decision first, now you're making me make it for you!

[He is teasing you, Colette. Teasing you so hard.]

[ Uwaaaah don't tease! ]

As long as I'm doing something with you, it doesn't matter what we do. So go on- pick!

[But it's so much fun!

Hmm, to continue teasing Colette, or show a little mercy...]

How about... all of them?

[ Wait, did he mean at once? ]

We can, but it might be a little difficult to do. Unless we had everyone in a separate room and timed ourselves to give equal visits.

Or we could all go play Dino's game together!

[Lloyd grins then shakes his head.]

But I meant we could do them all eventually. One right after another. How about right now... just the two of us.

Oh, you're right! I'm sure Sheena and Zelos would love to play. It would be a lot of fun with all of us playing together!

[ But... it looked like that could wait. ] I would like that.

Then, c'mon inside.

[Tugging her into the apartment now.]

We can talk and I can show you what I've been working on...

[And thus begins an afternoon of arts and crafts and friendly chatter.]

And maybe we can wake Zelos up.
