[Lloyd's face is pale, panicked, when the video feed turns on.]
Guys, we have a problem. Cruxis is here.
[He swallows.]
And so is Kratos. He's taken over. It isn't Yggdrasill anymore, it's him. He's-
[His eyes abruptly widen, no longer looking at the Dreamberry but something off screen.]
Damn it, they're back!
[There's a flash of steel as he pulls a sword out, then the feed abruptly turns off.]

[She had tried to escape earlier, but...it hadn't worked. She doesn't remember locking the door, at least...]

[He doesn't think he's ever gone up stairs this fast before. He's nearly out of breath when he reaches the fifth floor. No. That won't do. He needs to be ready to defend Sheena from whatever she's facing, or to fight off any angels if they manage to track him here. Taking a deep breath, he draws on his mana, the same way he would for one of his techniques that needs him to move fast. It helps.
He keeps running.
Give him another minute, Sheena, and he'll be bursting through your door.]

[She's not, believe me. She's sitting here and trying not to look at anything but the floor and her knees.
So when she hears him approach, she closes her eyes, panic rising again. What if it was one of the other dead ones...?

Action
Yes...I'm fine. B-But don't hurt them!

[Lloyd's eyes jerk to Sheena in surprise before he snaps his attention back to the angels.]
Sheena, they were going to use you to get to Colette! I'm not going to let them do that!
Action
[There's a reason why she wasn't fighting, Lloyd.]
They never did anything!

[You're not making any sense.]

No, they're not. They're...they're not Cruxis!

You mean there are angels out there who aren't a part of Cruxis? Angels besides Colette?

[She nods a little, looking up at Lloyd.]

[And if there's one thing Lloyd always tries his hardest to do, it's always to keep his word. He leads her out of her apartment, holding her hand tight.]
