Hey, everyone. I... kind of need some help. I need to get stronger, so I need to train, but I also need help learning how to fight magic users. [He makes a face.] Especially magic users that can fly.

[No, he's not talking about anyone in specific. What makes you think that?]

Does anyone want to spar? Or have any advice?

Yes, there is a place where innocent souls go to.

But unfortunately, there is no way to heal a soul once it has corrupted and fallen into madness. If there were other ways we would employ them, but there simply isn't. The taking of an innocent life and consuming the soul is as I said an unforgivable act. When that happens, the person has essentially become a monster. Not only does the soul change, but so does the person. Some may even physically change. That is the power of madness.

[sighs.]

I realize this may be difficult for you to understand, but that is the nature of my world.

[Lloyd shakes his head.]

I understand your sentiment, and perhaps it is for the best that you do not. There are still even more threats that I haven't even begun to tell, and we are currently in a war. [and it's clear on his face that he would rather be there helping rather than be stuck here.]

[Lloyd nods, but there isn't anything he can really say to that. After a moment, he stretches his arm, deciding to focus on something else.]

It's starting to feel better now. I should probably take it easy for a while longer, though.

No problem. If you ever need more practice, I'd be happy to help. I benefit from the practice as well. It's not too often that I fight against a swordsman, let alone one who uses two swords.
