Lloyd is so glad Ruca started this call with voice only, because it's a whole lot easier to get his SFC to respond in kind than to figure out how to switch. This is going to be awkward enough as it is without seeing each other's faces. Lloyd knows his cheeks are turning pink.]

Part of that depends on what he wants. Does he want a house made from wood or stone or bricks? We'll probably need a lot of wood anyway, mortar if we use any stone or bricks, and nails, hammers, saws...

And we'll need a cart to carry stuff in. Some of this is pretty heavy stuff!

It'd depend on how bad the damage is. I've fixed Key Crests in a single night before, but if it's really bad...

Nothing has happened; simply spent last week as one of .. same sort of 'angel'. Could... help prevent repeat.

Say major damage - how long, minimum, to fix? And 'single night", estimate in hours?

Wait, you were an angel? [Lloyd frowns.] Prevent a repeat of what?

If it's just something like worn out runes, I can fix that in three or four hours. If there's cuts or cracks in the runes, though, or the bed for the crystal itself, then the metal has to be reshaped. That'll take me at least six hours, or as much as two or three days. It also matters if there's a rune I don't know that got damaged. Dhaos can help me with that, but it still takes time to figure it out. You don't want to make mistakes. The runes have to be right.
